Wendy Burgower

MEMBER INTRODUCTION

Wendy Burgower is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Certification since 1985. Wendy has served as a chair of the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section, and has served in leadership roles of the State Bar of Texas and the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. She is a past Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Texas Bar Foundation, and is a current fellow of the American College of Family Trial Lawyers. Wendy is a graduate of the University of Texas Plan II Honors Program and Bates College of Law University of Houston. In 2017, Wendy received the highest honor from Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists, the Sam Emison Memorial Award for her contributions to Family Law
