Beau Sinclair

MEMBER INTRODUCTION

Beau Sinclair founded the Sinclair Law Office, PC in July of 2001. His desire was to build a legal practice that could offer the efficiency and expertise of a large firm while maintaining the intimacy of a small practice. Sinclair Law Office, PC now has nine employees that share the philosophy of client-focused legal services. Before becoming an attorney, Beau worked for IBM as a marketing analyst, manager, and eventually, executive. It was in these positions Beau first discovered and developed a skill for analysis, mediation and negotiation that has proven very useful in his work in private practice. Beau received his undergraduate degree in Organizational Behavior from Concordia College in St. Paul, Minnesota, and went on to acquire his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Dallas. In 2000, Beau earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now known as Texas A&M University School of Law), graduating first in his class and demonstrating the work ethic that would come to define Sinclair Law Office, PC. *Beau is Board Certified in Family Law through the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Beau is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Smith County Bar Association, the State Bar of Texas Family Section, and the Family Law Section of the Smith County Bar Association. Beau has been the Chair of the Family Law Section of the Smith County Bar Association.
