Amber Rodriguez

MEMBER INTRODUCTION

Attorney Amber Rodriguez has provided family law legal services to clients throughout South Texas for over ten years. She graduated from St. Mary's School of Law in San Antonio, Texas, in 2011 and then returned to the Rio Grande Valley to provide service in the areas of divorce and child custody. Ms. Rodriguez maintains a full-service family law firm, providing zealous and thorough representation from start to finish. She offers years of experience in complex family law issues and litigation. Ms. Rodriguez is additionally an experienced mediator with certification in Family-Divorce-Child Custody issues. She is an active member of the Cameron County Bar Association, serving as the President in 2023, and Current Secretary and former President of the Cameron County Bar Association Women's Law Section. She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Family Crisis Center in Harlingen, an organization assisting victims of domestic violence. Ms. Rodriguez additionally accepts appointments from the Court to serve as an advocate for children during custody litigation in the family courts and for adults and children who are impaired or otherwise unable to advocate for themselves in the probate and guardianship courts.
