MEMBER INTRODUCTION
I grew up outside of Philadelphia in Oley, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Oley Valley High School, I attended La Salle University in Philadelphia graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice in 2004.
I then received my Doctor of Jurisprudence, graduating cum laude, with a concentration in litigation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 2007. During law school, I was actively involved as a member and officer of the Moot Court Board and the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. I was invited to join a moot court team that represented the law school at the National Criminal Procedure Moot Court Tournament in San Diego, California. During the course of my studies, I interned with the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office and the law firm of Thorp Reed & Armstrong in Philadelphia. After graduating law school, I practiced family law, estate planning and estate administration in Reading, Pennsylvania, before relocating to Texas and joining the law firm in 2010, where I became a partner in 2017.
I am an active member of the State Bar of Texas, Victoria County Bar Association, Calhoun County Bar Association, Texas Bar Foundation, and Texas Family Law Section. I currently serve as a Panel Member on the State Bar of Texas Grievance Committee, District 11 and am on the Board of Directors for St. Joseph High School. I previously served as President of the Victoria County Bar Association, Vice-President of Habitat for Humanity of Calhoun County, and was on the Board of Directors for United Way of Calhoun County and the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Golden Crescent.
My primary practice area is Victoria, Texas and its surrounding counties and I exclusively practice family law. I received my Board Certification from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2024.
