Join us for TAFLS’ 39th Annual Trial Institute. Come witness the dramatic divorce and custody trial of Rip and Beth. This Yellowstone couple has serious property disputes! Day one trial participants will focus on the custody dispute. Litigation techniques covered on Day 1 include: litigating TROs and protective orders in divorces, arguing effectively for above guideline support, learning how to work with an amicus attorney, arguing for and against refuse-and-resist dynamics and recovering from bad facts (and bad actors) in a divorce. Day Two trial participants will cover complex property issues.
